On May 9, Mr. Han Xueshan, Vice President and Secretary-General of China Packaging Federation (CPF), attended the 115th Board Meeting of the World Packaging Organization (WPO) in Germany.

During the event,Mr. Han Xueshan met with Ms. Luciana Pellegrino, President of the WPO, and held exchanges with members of the WPO Board of Directors on key agendas including sustainable packaging development and packaging education. The two sides also exchanged views on the arrangements for the second half-year WPO Council Meeting to be held concurrently with INTERPACK CHINA in Shanghai.

While in Germany, Han Xueshan visited INTERPACK, the world’s leading international exhibition for processing and packaging machinery held in Düsseldorf. He toured booths of both Chinese and foreign packaging enterprises to gain insights into the latest industry trends, exchange industrial intelligence, and explore better ways to deliver services to packaging manufacturers.
